Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to strengthen our offline marketing activities and generate quality student leads. The candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges, schools, coaching centres and other relevant locations, conducting promotional activities, coordinating seminars and counselling events, and building relationships with institutions and local partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to colleges, schools, PU colleges, NEET coaching centres and educational institutions.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for student lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, faculty members, coordinators and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and organise seminars, career guidance sessions, student awareness programs and promotional events.
• Promote the company's MBBS Abroad and other education-related programs through offline marketing activities.
• Distribute brochures, standees, flyers and other promotional materials at suitable locations.
• Generate student enquiries and ensure proper handover of leads to the counselling/sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads generated, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Sales Teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Explore tie-ups and promotional opportunities with educational institutions and local partners.
• Represent the company professionally during seminars, exhibitions, education fairs and other events.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly field marketing and lead-generation targets.
• Submit regular reports regarding field activities, lead generation and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Education Marketing, BTL Marketing or Business Development is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (KANNADA Mandatory)
• Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with students, parents and educational institutions.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
