Job Description.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to manage property sales, client relationships, and day-to-day real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills with a good understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities.

• Manage property sales, rentals, and client requirements.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and arrange property visits.
• Handle negotiations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and customers.
• Coordinate with sales executives and monitor their performance.
• Keep track of market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to deal closure.

Requirements.

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
