Field Officer

Plan and deploy security/manpower as per site requirements.

Ensure all posts are adequately staffed and vacancies are filled promptly.

Arrange replacements for absent or resigned employees without affecting operations.

Conduct regular site visits and verify attendance and deployment.

Monitor absenteeism, late reporting, shift changes, and employee discipline.

Coordinate with supervisors and guards for daily manpower requirements.

Maintain updated deployment and attendance records.

Coordinate with HR for joining, documentation, ID cards, uniforms, and employee-related issues.

Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, complaints, and operational issues.

Report manpower shortages, absenteeism, and other site issues to the reporting officer immediately.

Ensure employees follow company rules, site instructions, and duty procedures.

Support recruitment and mobilization activities whenever additional manpower is required.

Conduct regular briefing and ensure employees understand their duties.

Submit daily/weekly manpower deployment reports to management.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage manpower effectively.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Willingness to travel to different client sites.

Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent manpower requirements.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience in manpower deployment, security operations, facility management, or similar field preferred.

Previous experience as a Field Officer/Supervisor will be an advantage.
