Engineering Trainee

Responsible for assisting the Project Execution and Service and Maintenance team inproject design, planning, implementation schedules, getting the final Bill of Quantity ofPO, project tracking, configuring complex equipment. Responsible to understand the technicalities of the security solutions that are offeredto the client and enhance the technical knowledge. Assists in conducting the Site Surveys and prepare a rough sketch of the site,mark the device locations and indicate connectivity. Weekly review and submission of updates to Supervisor with regards to status, shortfalls, deviations & recommendations. Maintaining liaison with contractors, supervising projects & managing cross-disciplinegroups. Planning the material requirement on weekly basis and raise the indent for materialshortfall in order to avoid the delay in installation. Responsible to update the assigned task status in Ecare (CRM application), help inpreparing the necessary documentation and keep the client as well as Supervisorinformed with the status of Project / Service issue. Accompany the sales team & to make effective presentation. Should know the in/outof the product to position it well.
