Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow the digital presence and online sales of our meat retail business, with 5 offline stores and an in-house ordering app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Create monthly content calendars and coordinate reels, creatives, photos and videos.
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase online orders and app sales.
• Manage Meta/Google paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Develop offers, promotions, combo deals and seasonal campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition, repeat orders and brand awareness.
• Coordinate digital campaigns to increase footfall across our 5 offline stores.
• Track marketing performance, sales, ROAS, customer acquisition and conversion.
• Monitor competitors, trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

• 06–1 years of experience in Digital Marketing/SMM/Performance Marketing.
• Experience in retail, Meat, FMCG, e-commerce or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media, paid ads and content marketing.
• Creative, analytical and result-oriented with a strong focus on sales and growth.
