Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Professional include:
- Identify potential customers and markets to increase sales
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare and present sales and marketing proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that products and services meet customer needs
- Create and manage promotional materials and campaigns, both online and offline
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals
- Organize and participate in events like seminars, trade shows, and marketing summits
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Evaluate customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
