Job Description
We are looking for an Organic Growth / SEO Specialist to drive Propz Realty’s organic visibility, website traffic, and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO & organic growth strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent mapping.
Handle On-Page, Technical & Off-Page SEO.
Optimize website pages, content, internal linking, and site structure.
Build content strategies, topic clusters, and topical authority.
Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, GTM and SEO performance.
Improve rankings for high-intent real-estate and location-based keywords.
Work on Local SEO, AEO/GEO and AI/LLM search optimization.
Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.
Track organic traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on SEO/Organic Growth experience.
Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Search Console and GA4.
Strong analytical and content strategy skills.
Real-estate/PropTech experience is a plus.
Experience in organic lead generation and AI search optimization will be an advantage.
