Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for Compassco PC/build customers after purchase or service requests.

- Own support tickets in Zoho Desk from opening to closure, with clear customer updates.

- Understand the issue, collect basic details, photos/videos where needed, and identify the likely hardware/build problem.

- Coordinate with field service engineers and internal build/service teams for diagnosis, parts and resolution.

- Track PC build/order support cases and verify configuration details before closure.

- Ensure timely ticket closure, follow-ups and simple reporting on pending issues.


Requirements:

- Graduate candidates with PC hardware knowledge may apply.

- Freshers are welcome if they are organized, customer-friendly and willing to learn PC build support.

- Good English communication is preferred for clear customer updates.

- This is an office-based support coordination role, not a hands-on field service role.
