Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our team. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, processes, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update information in company systems.
  • Assist customers with account-related queries, order updates, billing concerns, and service requests.
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards while interacting with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times
