We help guests find safe, verified, and convenient stays with seamless support.
What You Will Do
- Handle
inbound customer calls related to bookings, check-ins, payments, and stay
queries
- Assist
guests during live issues (property access, host coordination, last‑minute
changes)
- Provide
clear, empathetic communication to resolve concerns
- Coordinate
with hotels/partners for escalations
- Maintain
call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Update
CRM with call notes and follow-ups
- Work
closely with operations to ensure smooth guest experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong
communication skills in English + Hindi + Kannada
- Experience
in hospitality, OTA support, BPO voice process, or hotel front desk
preferred
- Calm,
patient, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable
with rotational shifts
- High
ownership and customer-first mindset
