CRM Executive – Real Estate

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining CRM data, and supporting the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead follow-ups and customer communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Schedule site visits, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Track lead status and support conversion efforts.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, finance, legal, and operations for smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
• Assist customers through booking, agreement, registration, and possession stages.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or real estate sales support.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Customer satisfaction, response time, data accuracy, lead follow-up effectiveness, and support for sales conversions.
