Role: Customer Support Executive (Domestic Voice Process)

Location: Bengaluru (On-site 6 days working)

Are you a smooth talker who loves solving puzzles and closing deals? We’re looking for a sharp, customer-obsessed Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. 

 

This isn't your typical "read-from-a-script" support job. You’ll be at the heart of our revenue growth, managing our domestic voice process. From calming down a frustrated customer to nudging a window-shopper to finally hit "buy," you’ll be the voice and personality of our brand.

 

What You’ll Do


  • Master the Inbound: Be the first point of contact for customer queries via calls, chat, and email. You’ll fix issues fast and leave customers smiling.
  • Drive the Outbound: Proactively reach out to customers who have pending orders or abandoned carts. Your goal? Understand their hesitation and help them complete their purchase.
  • Consultative Sales: Use your product knowledge to recommend the best fit for the customer, converting conversations into successful sales.
  • Be the Eyes & Ears: Spot trends in customer feedback and work with the team to fix recurring glitches in the shopping experience.

  • Native Hindi Proficiency: You should be exceptionally comfortable and persuasive in Hindi (Native speakers preferred).
  • Voice Process Pro: You enjoy being on the phone and have a clear, friendly, and professional "radio voice."
