Client Advisory Associate

Job Summary:

Policybazaar is hiring Customer Service Executives for its Bangalore location. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information about insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates must be fluent in Kannada along with good communication skills in English or Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
• Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
• Update customer details and interaction records in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior customer service experience is preferred (freshers can apply)
