Job Description : Best Properties is looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
• Check measurements, quantities, and work progress for billing and project documentation.
• Maintain daily site reports, work records, material records, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the project team to address delays, quality issues, and technical concerns.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to management.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Experience in residential, villa, apartment, or commercial projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate :

• Preferred CandidateStrong knowledge of construction processes and quality control.
• Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
