🔧 Car Mechanic – Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect vehicles and identify faults using diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace defective parts such as brakes, clutch, suspension, batteries, and filters.
• Carry out periodic maintenance services (PMS) as per company standards.
• Conduct road tests before and after repairs when required.
• Maintain service records and job card details accurately.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and workshop guidelines.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Team Leaders regarding repair status.
• Support breakdown diagnosis and emergency repair work.

• Requirements
• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or relevant qualification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automobile systems and repair procedures.
• Experience in car servicing and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driving License preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
