Job Description
Car Wash Attendant / Car Detailer
Uddeshya (Objective): Gadiyon ko surakshit aur achhi tarah se saaf karna, sukhana, polish karna aur detail karna taaki grahak (customer) santusht rahein.
Mukhya Jimmedariyan (Key Responsibilities)
1. Gadi Ki Safai Aur Detailing
Bahar Ki Safai (Exterior): Gadi ko haath se dhona, sabun/shampoo lagana, wheels aur tires ko saaf karna, aur high-pressure spray se rinsing karna.
Andar Ki Safai (Interior): Seats, carpet aur boot space ko vacuum karna; dashboard aur console ki dhool pochna; andar ke kanch saaf karna aur leather/fabric conditioner lagana.
Sukhana Aur Polish: Clean microfiber kapde se gadi ko sukhana, wax ya sealant lagana, aur shine ke liye buffing karna.
2. Safai Equipment Aur Jagah Ki Dekhbhal
Equipment Use: High-pressure sprayers, vacuum machines, aur automatic wash tunnels ko surakshit tarike se chalana.
Rakh-Rakhav (Maintenance): Wash bay aur safai ki jagah ko saaf rakhna, microfiber kapdon ko dhona, aur chemical stock ko sahi jagah rakhna.
3. Customer Service
Grahakon ka swagat karna aur unke sawalon ya special requests ko sunna.
Gadi hand-over karne se pehle ye check karna ki kahin koi daag ya mitti to nahi reh gayi.
Yogyata Aur Skills (Qualifications & Skills)
Physical Fitness: Lambe samay tak khade rehkar, jhuk kar aur mehanat se kaam karne ki kshamta.
Attention to Detail: Chhoti se chhoti mitti, daag ya dhabbon ko pehchan kar saaf karne ki nazar.
Requirements: Driving License (gadiyon ko wash bay me move karne ke liye zaroori hota hai).
