Call Centre BPO Executive

• Call prospective customers and explain available loan products
• Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up on inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, EMI, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer information and documents.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure loan closure.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of banking and loan products.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work under sales targets
