Business Development Executive (BDE)

Eco Nest Ventures Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to manage both Owner Relationship Management (ORM) and Tenant Relationship Management (TRM) activities. The role involves identifying and onboarding property owners, explaining the company's lease model, conducting property inspections, generating and following up on tenant leads, coordinating property visits, negotiating lease terms, collecting required documentation, and ensuring smooth agreement execution. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants, providing excellent customer service, achieving monthly business targets, updating CRM records accurately, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless property onboarding and occupancy. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
