About the Role

RoomAdda is looking for an energetic and people-friendly Business Development Executive. In this role, you will meet students, working professionals, and people moving to Bengaluru, and help them find the right accommodation on RoomAdda. You will talk to people directly, explain what RoomAdda offers, and help them sign up and book.

What You Will Do

  • Meet and talk to students, working professionals, and people relocating to Bengaluru, both in person and online.
  • Explain what RoomAdda offers in simple terms and help interested people sign up.
  • Understand what kind of accommodation a person needs and suggest suitable options.
  • Keep simple records of the people you meet, follow up with them, and track how many sign up (using CRM tools).
  • Work with other teams at RoomAdda to make sure new users have a smooth start.
  • Meet your weekly and monthly targets for new sign-ups.

What You Will Learn

  • Real, hands-on experience in sales and customer outreach.
  • How to approach leads and turn them into customers.
  • How to use CRM tools to track leads and sign-ups.
  • Guidance and mentorship from experienced sales and marketing professionals.

Pay and Benefits

  • During Probation (3–4 months): Fixed pay of ₹3 LPA (₹25,000 per month).
  • After Confirmation: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹4.0 LPA, based on your performance and fit for the role.
  • Health Insurance: Medical coverage of up to ₹2,00,000 under the company's health insurance policy.
  • Regular performance reviews with opportunities to grow within the company.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, or related field).
  • Good at talking to and convincing people; comfortable meeting new people every day.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel locally for field work.
  • Genuinely interested in sales, marketing, or the property/rental industry.
