Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and business growth.
Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
Drive customer acquisition, deposits, loans, and recovery activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor branch profitability, daily operations, and MIS reporting.
Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
Represent the branch in business development and community engagement.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Cooperative Society, including branch management.
Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
Knowledge of deposits, lending, recovery, and branch operations.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
