Job Description

My requirements is purely for the commercial offices projects 


1) Commercial Pre contract & post contract managements for civil Interiors fit out 


2) Prepared detail BOQ quantity take off, estimate, tenders & commercial quotation 


3) performed budgetary costing rate analysis & NT items BOQ's


4) process vendor/client billing, RA bills, final bills JMR/JMS & bills documents 


5) Conducted site measurements, quantities verification & reconciliation 


6) Monitor BOQ vs Executed quantities, variation orders & cost control 


7) Verified PO's WO's delivery challans & coordinated with procurement 


8) Coordinated with design, project & site teams for smooth commercial execution 


9) Supported vendor managements & commercial negotiations
