Job Description

Work as a salon manager at Lakme Salon, following things need to be taken care:

  1. Manage the salon as per Lakme SOP's.
  2. Work with Area manager for smooth operations of the store.
  3. Manage staff efficiently.
  4. Delight customers by providing quality service.
  5. Manage the stock in the store while following company guidelines.
  6. Improve sales by upselling & Cross selling.
  7. Build good relations with customers.
