Banking Executive

Strong Communication Skills – Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through inbound and outbound voice calls. Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.

Customer Handling – Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Problem-Solving Abilities – Identify customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Sales & Customer Service – Promote relevant banking products and services whenever applicable, achieve sales targets, and maintain service quality standards.

Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of Axis Bank products, services, and processes to provide accurate guidance and support to customers.

Empathy and Patience – Listen actively to customer concerns, handle challenging situations calmly, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Computer Skills – Use CRM systems and basic computer applications to update customer information and maintain accurate records.

Team Collaboration and Adaptability – Work effectively with team members, participate in training sessions, and adapt to new processes and business requirements.

• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
• Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers are welcome)
• Age: 18–30 Years
• Language Requirements
• Fluent in English
• Hindi
• Knowledge of any one regional language such as Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam is an added advantage.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
