Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3–8 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and design standards.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely delivery of designs, approval success rate, design quality, project compliance, and coordination effectiveness.
