Job Description

  • Handle complete accounts independently.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans (DCs), and E-Way Bills.
  • Manage GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
  • Coordinate with fabricators regarding ongoing projects.
  • Maintain labour attendance, labour payments, and project-wise work records.
  • Maintain office attendance and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with site, production, and dispatch teams.
  • Requirements:Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
