Job Description
Operations & Student Support Executive to manage the smooth day-to-day operations of our online and offline classes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Share class links, reminders and study materials with students.
*Handle student WhatsApp queries and provide support.
*Maintain student records and attendance.
*Coordinate with faculty and support daily class operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 3 year of work experience.
- Previous experience in operations, student support, administration, customer support, coaching institute, school or EdTech preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Zoom/Google Meet and basic computer applications.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must be punctual, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Experience in an education/coaching institute is preferred.
