Warehouse Backend Support Executive to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, backend documentation, computer-related tasks, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and leadership qualities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily backend activities and warehouse operations.
• Maintain and update warehouse records, stock details, and documents.
• Enter data accurately into computer systems and maintain reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments for smooth operations.
• Assist in tracking inventory, inward and outward materials, and stock movements.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of warehouse-related records.
• Support the team in completing daily operational targets.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and guide team members when required.
• Identify operational issues and report them to the supervisor/manager.
• Maintain discipline, accuracy, and safety standards in the workplace.
• Required Skills Basic computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel, email, and data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Leadership and team-handling qualities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn warehouse processes and systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• QualificationPUC / 12th Pass or equivalent.
• Freshers can apply; warehouse or backend experience will be an added advantage.
• Preferred CandidateResponsible and hardworking.
• Good attitude and positive approach.
• Able to coordinate and support a team.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ready to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
