Testing Engineer

As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with multiple US patents, Neridio develops next-generation enterprise technologies that help organizations protect, secure, manage, and recover critical data against cyber threats, ransomware, data loss, and infrastructure failures. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Test Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in software testing, Linux environments, or enterprise infrastructure testing. The ideal candidate should be an Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and a keen interest in enterprise storage, cybersecurity, and data resilience technologies. The role involves performing manual and automation testing, preparing and executing test cases, identifying, reproducing, and documenting software defects, debugging issues in collaboration with development teams, validating product functionality, and ensuring product quality across multiple releases. You will work extensively with Linux-based environments, enterprise deployment scenarios, product validation, regression testing, performance testing, integration testing, and release verification while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure, including Linux servers, Network Attached Storage (NAS), enterprise storage systems, file servers, backup and recovery solutions, networking, NFS, CIFS/SMB protocols, virtualization platforms, deployment environments, and cybersecurity-focused storage solutions. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with development, DevOps, and product engineering teams. Experience with scripting, automation tools, bug tracking systems, version control, or CI/CD environments will be an added advantage.
