Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Create PRs/POs in SAP based on requirements
● Ensure timely release of purchase orders as per schedule
● Track open orders and follow up for timely delivery
● Purchasing all kind of parts like Wiring
harness,Display,Lighting,
● Motor,DC-DC & BMS parts from domestic/Import
vendors.
● To drive improvements in Various aspect of the supply
chain-
● OTD,Inventory management,lead time reduction and cost
saving.
● Monitor shortages and expedite materials from suppliers
● Coordinate with stores, production, and planning teams to
ensure
● uninterrupted supply
● Track in-transit, warehouse stock, and supplier delivery
commitments
● Ensure proper documentation for PR, PO, GRN, invoice
matching, etc
● Support in PPAP, vendor approval, and audit-related
documentation
● Maintain files and records for procurement activities
