Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Manager (Physiotherapy) to lead our team of physiotherapists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT), and be proficient with technology. This role involves managing a team of physiotherapists, overseeing the physiotherapy roster, handling orders, and providing expert guidance and training to ensure optimal patient care and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and support a team of physiotherapists, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Roster Management: Develop and maintain the physiotherapy roster to ensure adequate coverage for patient appointments and effective utilization of resources.
• Order Management: Coordinate and manage orders for physiotherapy services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Expert Guidance: Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the physiotherapy team, addressing complex cases and challenges.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in physiotherapy practices.
• Patient Care: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Technology Integration: Utilize healthcare management software and tools to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
• Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in physiotherapy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) required.
• Proven experience as a physiotherapist with a strong clinical background.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in healthcare management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
