Senior Accountant

We are looking for a experienced Accountant with the strong practical knowledge of accounting, Tally Prime and payroll processing. The candidate should be capable of independently managing daily accounting transactions, payroll activities, financial records, taxation and statutory documentation.

Candidate should have a good english knowledge & comunication skill to follow up with the customers on daily basis

Key Responsibilities

Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.

Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.

Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders and payment vouchers.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.

Maintain petty cash records and verify bills and vouchers.

Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory documentation.

Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.

Prepare monthly accounts and basic financial reports.

Maintain proper records and filing of invoices and accounting documents.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and customers when required.

Maintain accurate and confidential financial information.

Payroll Responsibilities

Process monthly employee payroll accurately and on time.

Verify attendance, leave, overtime and salary details.

Calculate salaries, incentives, deductions and reimbursements.

Prepare and maintain employee records and issue employee salary slips.

Assist with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS documentation.

Coordinate with employees and management regarding payroll queries.

Maintain complete confidentiality of employee salary information.
