Job Description
Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Motivate, coach, and monitor team performance.
Conduct daily team huddles and provide performance feedback.
Ensure attendance, discipline, and team productivity.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS and sales reports.
Train new team members on sales processes and product knowledge.
Improve team conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Maintain low attrition and improve team engagement.
