Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and onboard individual and business customers.
- Explain laundry service packages, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order pickup, delivery, and service updates.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
