Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join MILLATTE, a premium matcha and coffee brand. In this role, you will build relationships with cafés, restaurants, corporates, and other food & beverage businesses, introduce our products, and convert them into long-term customers.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Contact cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other B2B customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

- Present MILLATTE's matcha and coffee product range to prospective clients.

- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, product samples, and orders.

- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer onboarding and order fulfillment.

- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

Job Requirements

- Education: 10th Pass or above (higher qualifications are welcome).

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or marketing. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Confident in making cold calls and following up with potential customers.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Willing to work 6 days a week (Day Shift).
