Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
  • Generate bills and invoices using the POS system.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales and cash records.
  • Verify bills, discounts, complimentary items, and payment details.
  • Handle cash collection and ensure proper cash handover at the end of the shift.
  • Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and management teams regarding billing issues.
  • Manage refunds, cancellations, and bill corrections as per company policy.
  • Maintain proper records of daily transactions and settlements.
  • Ensure the cash counter and billing area are clean and organized.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests.
  • Support the team during opening and closing procedures.
  • Report any billing discrepancies or cash shortages to the manager.
  • Follow company SOPs, financial controls, and hygiene standards.
