Job Description

Location: Hoskote

Experience: 0–1 Year / Fresher

Qualification: ITI Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
  • Operate and monitor production/assembly processes.
  • Follow SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
  • Maintain basic production records and reports.
  • Support the team in 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • ITI qualification is mandatory.
  • Fresher or 0–1 year experience in automobile/manufacturing industry.
  • Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
