Pre School Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dedicated Preschool Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and support teachers in delivering an engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a genuine passion for working with young children.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support preschool teachers and classroom staff.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the preschool.
• Monitor lesson planning and classroom activities in line with the curriculum.
• Guide teachers in implementing age-appropriate teaching methods and classroom management.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Coordinate admissions, student records, and parent communication.
• Organize school events, celebrations, field trips, and parent meetings.
• Handle parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards.
• Plan and conduct teacher training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Work closely with management to achieve academic and operational goals.
• EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed., Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), or other teacher training certifications are preferred).
• Freshers with excellent leadership and communication skills may apply.
• Experienced candidates in preschool coordination or teaching will be given preference.
