Job Description

Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.

Provide appropriate counseling to customers on medication usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.

Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain proper inventory, stock levels, and expiry management.

Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of medicines.

Handle billing and maintain pharmacy records.

Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of medicines in the pharmacy.

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

Adhere to all company SOPs, legal requirements, and quality standards.
