We're hiring: Operations Manager

Location: Devasandra Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bangalore (on-site)

Working days: 6 days a week, from office

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month

Earthen Story is a D2C brand in the F&B space, built to take customers back to their roots. Our goal is to help people move away from processed food and back to the healthier habits of earlier generations.

We offer a wide range of certified organic products and sell pan-India through our website, ecommerce & quick commerce platforms. We are looking for a reliable, on-site Operations Manager to own supply chain and warehouse operations at our Bangalore facility in Devasandra Industrial Area, Whitefield. This is a 6-day work from office role.

What you will do

• Plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service.

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.

• Track quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

• Organize the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.

• Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse team.

• Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and NPOP (organic) requirements.

Who you are

• Proven experience as a Logistics or Operations Manager.

• Track record in distribution and logistics management.

• Able to lead, manage, and develop a team.

• Proficient with standard logistics and inventory software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
