Job Description

Diagnose hardware issues in smartphones and tablets.

Repair and replace displays, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, and other hardware components.

Perform motherboard-level diagnostics and basic soldering (preferred).

Install and test screen protectors and camera lens protectors professionally.

Conduct quality checks after every repair to ensure device functionality.

Explain repair issues, timelines, and costs to customers clearly.

Maintain repair records, service reports, and inventory usage.

Coordinate with the store team for spare parts availability.

Ensure all repairs follow company quality standards and turnaround times.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair workstation.

Recommend suitable accessories such as cases, tempered glass, chargers, and cables based on customer needs.
