We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Consultants – Business Improvement Specialists to join our growing team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals (0–3 years) are welcome to apply.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in implementing ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare documentation, policies, SOPs, and management system records.
• Perform internal audits and support clients during certification audits.
• Coordinate with clients and certification bodies throughout the project.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on ISO standards.
• Maintain project reports and ensure timely completion of consulting assignments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and audits.
• Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage.
