Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Student Admissions

Job Summary

Skillshire is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote our training programs and generate student admissions. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with students, parents, colleges, and educational institutions. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, coaching centers, schools, and educational institutions to promote Skillshire courses.
• Generate student leads through field visits, seminars, events, and referrals.
• Counsel prospective students about courses, career opportunities, fees, and the admission process.
• Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Represent Skillshire professionally during field activities and promotional events.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass, Diploma, Graduate, or candidates with equivalent qualifications can apply.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
