Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety, and completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track material deliveries, inventory, and proper usage at the site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.
• Attend client meetings and address site-related concerns.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
