HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/WhatsApp interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and positions.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
