1. Digital Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with Elegance Living’s brand positioning in the premium wood solutions segment.
• Identify target audience groups such as architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and homeowners.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and video content showcasing wood cladding, decking, flooring projects, product features, and behind-the-scenes processes.
• Plan monthly calendars and track performance metrics.

3. Content Creation & Branding

• Create high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, project features, and informational posts about thermowood, hardwood, installation methods, maintenance, etc.
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and product messaging across all digital platforms.

4. Website Management & SEO

• Update the website with new project photos, product information, brochures, and blog articles.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings for keywords like “wood cladding Bangalore”, “wood decking India”, “thermowood suppliers”, etc.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO.

5. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Run targeted paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve higher ROI and lower cost per lead.
• Track and report campaign performance regularly.

6. Project Portfolio & Visual Content

• Coordinate with site engineers and installation teams to capture high-quality images and videos of completed projects.
• Maintain an organized digital library of all project photos and videos.

7. Email Marketing & CRM

• Prepare regular newsletters, product updates, and marketing mailers for architects, clients, and partners.
• Maintain and update CRM / enquiry database.

8. Market Research

• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, new wood products, and market opportunities.
• Understand the preferences of architects & premium project customers.

9. Coordination with Sales & Operations

• Work closely with the sales team to create quotations, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
• Support the team with digital presentations, catalogues, and technical documents.

10. Analytics & Reporting

• Track website traffic, social media growth, enquiry conversion, and campaign results.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

11. Brand Building & Events

• Support participation in exhibitions, architect meetups, and trade events.
• Assist in creating banners, standees, digital brochures, and installation videos.
