Digital Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator to capture and produce engaging visual content that showcases our construction projects, company culture, and brand story. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on active construction sites, capturing progress footage, drone/ground shots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content, and turning raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and internal use.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (project walkthroughs, time-lapses, testimonials, site progress updates, safety briefings, event coverage, etc.)
• Capture photos and videos on active construction sites following all safety protocols
• Edit raw footage into polished, brand-consistent videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), website, and presentations
• Add graphics, motion elements, subtitles, voiceovers, and background music to enhance video content
• Manage end-to-end video production — from concept and storyboarding to final export and publishing
• Coordinate with site engineers/project managers to schedule shoots around construction timelines
• Maintain an organized content library/archive of raw and edited footage
• Stay updated with latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Assist in photography for brochures, project completion reports, and marketing collateral
• Operate and maintain camera equipment, gimbals, drones (if applicable), and audio gear

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 0.6–4 years of proven experience in video capturing and video editing (portfolio/reel required)
• Hands-on experience with camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless, gimbals, tripods) and audio recording
• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator for basic graphics and thumbnails
• Understanding of shot composition, lighting, and storytelling for both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content
• Experience with drone videography is a strong plus (DGCA/relevant drone license preferred, if applicable)
• Basic knowledge of social media content formatting and platform requirements

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel to construction sites regularly (local and outstation)
• Comfortable working outdoors and in active site environments (PPE compliance required)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple shoots/deadlines independently
• Good communication skills to coordinate with site teams and management

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Film Making, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience creating content specifically for real estate/construction/infrastructure companies
• Knowledge of drone piloting and aerial shot planning
• Familiarity with basic 3D/animation tools for project visualization
• Own equipment (camera/drone) is an advantage
