Job Description
💼 Debt Recovery Agent
Join our team as a Debt Recovery Agent and build your career in the financial services industry. If you have experience in collections and good communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
📍 Location: Cambridge Road, Ulsoor, Bengaluru (Nearby candidates preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Fixed: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives up to ₹5,000)
- Responsibilities:Contact customers for outstanding payment recovery.
- Handle loan recovery through outbound calling.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up regularly.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in Debt/Loan Recovery or Collections.
- 12th Pass or above.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of personal loan recovery and outbound calling.
- Day Shift | Full-Time.
