Position: Customer Support Executive

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Location: Rajajinagar

• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
• Provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
• Follow company policies and quality standards.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills in English and regional languages are an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
