Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage all on-site operations, coordinate project teams, control budgets and schedules, ensure quality standards, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from mobilization through handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Supervise Site Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and construction crews.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep work on schedule.
• Manage project costs, procurement, material planning, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure quality control and conduct regular site inspections.
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Review BOQs, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues promptly.
• Lead project review meetings and ensure timely project completion within budget.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
• 8–15+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• PMP or other project management certification is an added advantage.
