Job Description

Job Title: Collection / Recovery Agent (BPO)

  • Experience: 6 Months – 1 Years (Collections/Recovery)
  • Salary: ₹17,000 CTC + Incentives
  • Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
  • Location: Rajajinagar

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Achieve collection targets.
  • Update customer details in the system.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.

Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience in Collection/Recovery process preferred.
